At Rags & Gadgets We offer 7-Day Money Back Guarantee on all our products, so you can buy with confidence.   We’re pretty sure you’ll love our products. If not, return within 7 days from the date your received the product for a full refund (excludes shipping costs)

 

We also offer 12 months’ warranty covering manufacturer defects. Any damage caused by improper use or care of product is the responsibility of the user. Warranty does not include replacement for normal wear and tear.

 

 

 

R&G Returns & Exchange

 

At Rags & Gadgets we require item returns to be approved and authorized by us before an arranged return is executed. Please contact us for information on how to send your item back. We reserve the right to not accept any unauthorised returns.

 

For 7  day money back guarantee returns, the goods must be returned in original packaging materials, cartons and boxes unless specifically advised, and complete with all parts and accessories, under resalable brand new condition, and in original layout. We reserve the rights to reject returned items, which do not meet our return requirements.

 

For faulty returns, it is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the goods are adequately packaged to ensure that they are not damaged during return transit.

 

Unless goods are returned due to incorrect description or faulty or defective on arrival, or damaged in transit (within 7 days upon delivery), goods must be returned at buyer’s expense using registered post.

 

All returned parcels must be sent via registered track and trace post as we cannot be responsible for items being lost or damaged in the mail on the way back to us.

 

 

 

Damaged Items and Claims

 

You must inspect each product including inside of the package upon arrival (although the package looks ok from outside).  DO NOT ACCEPT any damaged products. Please report to us within 12 hours from delivery with photos that shows damaged item.

 

No claims will be accepted if you report us after 12 hours from delivery.  We do NOT cover any damage or loss on the item if you give an authorisation to courier for drop off, or POD (delivery receipt) is signed for clean

 

Bound by the Courier Company’s claim policy, if items are damaged, we have to initiate the claim to courier company within 24 hours after delivery.    If it is outside the 24 hours claim period, we will refuse to replace or refund the damaged item.

Privacy

The privacy of your customer data, orders and credit cards are important to us. We will not disclose or sell your customer data to any third party. We will only send you email newsletters if you explicitly opt in.

Credit card details are not stored anywhere on our servers nor in our premises. Your credit card details are processed in real time by an independent payment gateway authorised by our bank, using secure encryption that is Pay Pal and Swipe HQ NZ.

Delivery Times

We will process your order within 1 business day following payment in cleared funds. Payment by online banking cannot be checked until the next business day unless you use Kiwibank. We will send your goods with Sweetspot fright services  in most cases overnight. Please allow upto 2 days for delivery domestically, or 1 week internationally.

To Track your order  you will be adviced by email.

Overseas will be sent with NZ Post or DHL please use your track and trace number to check up on your orders.
